Once all of the little details get worked out, it will be great. The stores especially the mall you can't walk around that place without bumping into people and I dont think I would like to shop in to sort of enviroment. I always see people who are driving BMW's and they own 30,000,000 that they got a loan from but in reality they know they can't afford payments for the home and get there homes forclosed on.
